With some much switching between between teletherapy and in person therapy based on the local COVID status and quarantines, it is easy for a therapist to forget to change the location on the appointment. I would love to see this show up on the daily, so therapist could see it needs to be changed for a specific appointment. (and would need to be changed from within the note, because once the note is started, we won't be able to modify the appointment)
POS indicated on daily note--as we are entering a "hybrid" phase for our clinic, we have kids that are doing both on-site and telehealth. It would be great if you could tell by the note when documenting, rather than going back to the schedule, which appointment it was.
