In the appointment reminders my patients receive, include the location of the appointment. We have multiple locations and it would be nice if the reminder specified the location so the patient knew where to go.
Two of our locations are very nearby and our families often get confused and end up at the wrong location. Including this in the reminders would be so helpful to our families and clinic!
Hi - We are expanding to three buildings and have 1 outside school we provide therapy. We would love to remind families of which building their appointment is in within the reminder text or email they receive. Is that something we can do or consider doing? Thanks!
