Show day and location in appointment list

When viewing the appointment list in the patient's information, display the day of the week the appointment falls on and the location of the appointment.

    Would love to see the "location" on the appointment page.

    The appointment view on the patient's tab needs to display the day of the week in addition to date and time when looking up a patient's appointments.
