Allow me to change the location of the appointment even if the associated document has been drafted. Sometimes appointments get scheduled in the wrong location and I don't want to have to delete the document and start all over again.
Have the option to change "location" after a note has been submitted. As of right now, the type of visit can be changed afterward but not the location.
