When entering information into a daily note, the information at the top in bold is always the patient's name and DOB (you can always see it while scrolling down in the note). It would be helpful if the appointment date was also always at the top so that when you are scrolling down to enter data you can still see the specific date you are documenting on without needing to scroll back to the top of the daily note.
