Add appointment note when creating/editing an appointment
When I add or edit an appointment, allow me to add an appointment note from that screen instead of having to save the appointment information and then add the note from the hover.
when scheduling an appt. is it possible to have a box added, to add an appt note on that same screen.
when marked at a "normal visit" there is not a box to add an appt note. this will save extra steps.
When editing an appointment, it would be nice to have an option to add why that appointment was edited. IE due to Prior Authorization required.
