When viewing claims from the claim list, it takes extra clicks to get to the claim notes. Let me view the claim notes directly from the claim list.

When I'm previewing the document, allow me to edit it in "preview" mode. If I see a typo or a change that needs to be made, it would be easier to edit it in preview mode then to close it and make the change.

I want to print entries added to the Notes section of a patient's billing account.

Even when having detailed invoices turned on we'd like to see more detail about the breakdown for patient responsibility (e.g. deductible, co-pay, etc.).

When I deactivate a user, allow me to transfer their patient appointments to a different user.

When refreshing a claim, allow me to "select all" rather than each option individually.

Allow me to view the edits a contributor made to a document in-line so I can easily see what they added/edited.

When I check a patient out and process a payment, allow me to edit the payment. For example, sometimes I accidentally process it as a co-pay when it should be an account payment, or I need to edit the reference.

I want invoices to show the words "Date of Service" as the column name instead of just "Date".

If I complete and evaluation, have the evaluation and POC be combined in one document so that I can just send one PDF to the physician.
