It would be highly efficient if a receipt, from a payment done at check out, could be reprinted. It does not make sense that if a patient pays their copay at checkout and you forget to "check" print/email receipt that there is no way to reprint and give to the patient other than running and insight report and downloading to excel....clients need detailed receipts for their HSA cards that are not recreated in excel.
