Allow me to identify the relationship of a patient's contact. Sometimes we have grandparents, guardians, and caseworkers and we would like the staff to know the relationship/who they are in relation to the patient.
This would be so helpful for us! We are a pediatric clinic and the contact person varies from mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, foster parent, aunt, uncle, etc. It would help our staff so much to know their relation to the client.
