When I open the patient's document, have a sticky note available so that I can quickly jot down session notes. It would allow me to write down information quickly so that I could copy and paste it later into the appropriate sections.
It would be nice to be able to click on a patient's name in the schedule and create a quick personal note (that can only be seen by treating practitioner) so that they are able to jot down important reminders or information about their patient regarding that session.
