Let me include the Canceled % in the Service Breakdown report and reports based on it, such as the Appointment Count by Service (MTD) saved report so I can see cancellation percentages by service type.

When signing a daily note, I would love the signature button to be at the bottom, meaning the billing codes part would be above the sign. I always sign and don't see the billing code part and need to go back and fix it.

Keep the list for adding charges in the left sidebar rather than having it open to a full page.
