Email or text patient contacts

Could there be a way to send a mass email to patients? It doesn't need to be fancy but if we could send emails re: closures, last minute therapist updates, etc through the system that would be great. If it came with a way to filter the messages by therapist, location, date, etc that would be even greater.

This would be fabulous. We are currently paying an outside vendor for this and have to download patient contacts to upload into their system. We've been using it for over 2 years now. Its a wonderful asset to have. Itd be alot nice to have that within the same system.

Capability to send mass text to patients for cancelations if a therapist is off.

I would love Fusion would have a feature where I can choose a group of patients to mass email or text to! When we have days we are closed for example and I want to remind all our parents. It would be great to have a feature that allows us to do that.

A way to send a mass email to clients. For example if we have an office closure due to weather, we would need to contact every client scheduled for that day.

Enable custom mass text reminders to be sent through Fusion.

Be able to send emails directly from Fusion for all active patients or a selected group of patients (e..g., all patients scheduled on a particular day or all patients of a particular therapist)

Frequently our clinic sends out mass emails to all parents, or selected parents, regarding closures, special days, announcements, etc. It would be helpful if we were able to send a mass message to parents, or be able to easily extract a list of parent emails.

I would love to see a feature that would allow us to upload a series of emails/texts and have them pushed out automatically based on the date the patient is entered in to fusion and/or based on when they are scheduled for the first time .

It would be convenient to have the option to send out a personalized or mass message for all patients who have text or email reminders. This would be helpful in scenarios where a.)we need to make adjustments to a patients appointment and would like to send a message to the parent OR b.)when our clinic will be closed (ie for weather) and we want to send a mass message to alert all patients

We would love the ability to send out notifications (via text or email) to select patients on out schedule, filtered by who's schedule they are on. Example: if Employee "susie" calls out of work on Tuesday, it would be wonderful to have the ability to compose a message and simply "select" her patients scheduled on that Tuesday to send the message/notification.

There needs to be a way to send mass cancellation texts for a specific day

There should be a way to send mass cancellations for a certain day because of weather or other event that effects multiple appointments.

There needs to be an option to send out a mass text to our caseload. This would be helpful during hurricane season if we have to close our office quickly, or like during Covid when we closed our office for a day to prepare for a telehealth switch.
