Allow us to add the date for when the patient was referred. We run reports based on how many patients were referred in a week and it would be easier to capture this in Fusion than have to create a separate spreadsheet.
In patient chart, I would like to be able to enter the date the referral or patient information was received. Can we add that button that will not populate on a claim form, but can be used for reporting purposes?
is there a way to add in a option on the report for referrals that lists the date of input of that patient? we are trying to track our new referrals week by week but can only do that if we write the names down as they come in and keep it on a seperate spreadsheet
Add "Referral Date" to therapy tab
It would be really helpful for me to have a "Referral Date" on the Therapy tab. Currently you have a "start of care" but that is really for the first date of service with our clinic. I am required to track the time between the date the client was referred and the start of services or the first appt. If there was a "Referral Date" I could then run a report that would track this data. Thank you!
