Send an email alert to caregivers when a new document/invoice is available on the portal
When we create a new invoice or a new document, send an alert to the caregiver telling them that a new invoice or document is available on the patient portal.
It would be great if portal users received an email when a new report/note or home education was added to their portal. Thank you for your consideration!
I have a parent who is paying out of pocket for services with us and she is using the portal to make payments. She is complaining that there is no notifications being sent by the portal whether it be email or text messages to update her on when new claims are coming in and new balances are needing to be paid. She suggested that I relay this feedback to see if any improvements can be made.
