      Ability to generally email patients. We do therapies and it would be helpful to have a secure platform to share info on their sessions, any videos of the activities done (so parents can do at home), etc.

      Must have a direct message system through fusion for communication between therapist and patient!! Should include the ability for therapist or patient to attach a document.

      I would like the ability to mass message all of my patients via the patient portal. This would be a great feature to have to let everyone know of clinic closures, holidays, weather events etc.

      Our clinic has a suggestion of adding a message portal for fusion for parents. We would like to be able to send documents with messages attached.

      It would be great to message patients through the portal. This way they can respond and the messages would be HIPAA compliant. It is difficult to trust e-mail as a source of communication. It would make communication with families much easier to track as well.

      It would be nice for the patient portal to include a way for the patient to communicate with the therapist. Would you please consider making this an option? Love the payment option.
