Allow therapists to generate a letter of absence to the patient's school or work. Sometimes patients are seen during school or work hours and they need a note.
Printable appointment confirmation
It would be great if we had the option to print appointment confirmation when checking clients in (and even better if this could list all of the appointments for that day). This would need to have our clinic information on it, child's name and appointment start time.
Being a pediatric clinic, the majority of our clients need notes to bring to school to excuse their absence. Bring able to print these would greatly improve the check-in speed for our patients!
I don't think this feature exists in Fusion yet...but it would be great to be able to create school excuses within the system to fax directly to the schools. We've had patients ask that we create them for appointments so that their school absence is excused. It would be great to have a standard document using our header that would fill in appointment information for a patient. Just a thought! Thanks!
