Notify therapists of documentation changes

I want therapists to be notified if changes have been made to their documentation, such as a sign-off completed or a document is declined.

    I thought it might be beneficial to provide a notification system through fusion. Where if there were any changes - like maybe a note was declined by your superior - you're notified that through your email address such as "Your note was declined - please access Fusion to review and make changes." with a link to the fusion daily notes page.
