Generate a document for canceled/no-showed appointments

Allow me to complete a piece of documentation for canceled appointments, so I can more easily communicate to insurance companies or third-party billers why a patient missed an appointment. Preferably these documents will display in the completed documents, so I can include them in a batch download.

    Medicaid requires documentation for why a child canceled. We would like to be able to create a "canceled" note with our signature and reason why child canceled. We dont want this to count in number of visits report etc.

    we need to document missed visits without a charge; can Fusion crease a simple note template with a zero charge for missed visit documentation?
