Let me create a daily note without an appointment so I can document and charge the patient for a service that did not require an appointment.

    I would love a note that is not linked to an appointment, that is listed in the documents section. Especially now with teletherapy, I need to document discussions with families on days when therapy was not scheduled---but it needs to be in medical documentation, not case notes.
