We love that you offer for us to send out the intake paperwork and it is loaded directly into the file! What would make it unbeatable is if you allowed us to create forms that we could upload and have live signatures. This is a feature we pay for with jot form. It is HIPAA compliant but then we have to pull the document into the files instead of sending an email via the portal with all of the intake paperwork that allows the same feature and files it into their chart! Then notifies a set person via IFTTT via messenger so they are aware the paperwork is back. It would save us from hiring a person to just move documents through a process that can be automated.
Intake forms require the parent to print it out and upload it to the system. Parents aren't going to want to do that. Is there a way for them to complete and sign the forms with e-signature?
