When sending a plan of care to a physician, allow them to insert an e-signature or sign the document electronically. This would allow me an easier way to track if documents have been signed or not.
Doctors should be able to receive therapy evaluations/re-evaluations/progress notes electronically and then be able to electronically sign them to return to us.
