Let me send intake forms to a client and import their information into Fusion so I don't have to create the patient and fill in their information separately.
Fusion should make a standard patient intake that clinics could use that asks all of the questions of the Fusion Patient Profile Fields that will auto populate the completed information into the patient file with standard consent for treatment and the acknowledgment of the standard notice of privacy practices.
