Let me keep track of when intake or consent forms were signed, and remind me when it's time to get another signature from the patient or caregiver.

    A suggestion - being able to set up an auto reminder to patient portal users to complete their pending intake forms. Often patients fail to remember to complete their intake forms. It would be helpful if we could have the FUSION system automatically remind patients of pending intake forms.
