Set a cancellation reminder or alert

I want the ability to create a cancellation reminder or alert that tracks patient cancellations in accordance to our attendance policy. This would allow me to be notified when a patient reaches a set threshold of cancellations before possible dismissal.

      Track cancelations in accordance to our attendance policy. Perhaps a percentage of attendance tracker? Or a way to customize cancelations so we are notified when we reach our threshold of cancelations before dismissal (example: our policy is 3 cancelations allowed within 3 months is grounds for dismissal), as well as a way to not count illnesses in this calculation.
