Actually, I just want the appointment type on the calendar to automatically change to that type of assessment on the calendar. Either I have to do it or the system can do it for me, but that will alert me to the need to do a re-eval or progress note and it also puts a document in the document queue so that it gets written.
Is there a way we can pop up alert (as in the "low authorization alert") saying that the patient is due for re-evaluation before seeing the child on a given day?
