Prompt me to write a reason for canceled appointments

If I cancel an appointment, have Fusion open a dialog for the appointment note so that I can type in a cancellation reason.

    Fusion should automatically open an appointment note for patient cancellations to prompt the person cancelling the appointment to state the reason for cancellation

    Make it mandatory that you enter a note when you patient cancel an appointment

    Allow user to mark appointment as cancelled and to put in a note at the same time without having to click back in for each

    When canceling an appointment, it would be great if a pop up box appeared cueing the person canceling the appointment to list the reason rather than having an optional box to click the reason after canceling
