Create appointment note from patient's appointment list

Sometimes I need to cancel multiple appointments for a patient. It's easier to do this from the patient's appointment list, but I'd like to be able to create an appointment note from this screen to indicate the reason for canceling.

      Want to be able to add notes on individual appointments under the appointment screen for the patient's account.

      Have the ability to add notes when canceling through the appointment list.

      In the patient chart in the appointment tab, it would be nice to have the option to add an appointment note to each appointment. It is much quicker to cancel multiple appointments in this screen, but notating the reason why is important for record keeping. Currently, you have to go date by date under the calendar view to do this.

      Have an appointment note available to document when canceling from the patient's appointment tab.

      Can you look at being able to make a note in the appointment history from the patient screen? You can mark them appropriately but it would be really nice to be able to place a note from that screen also!!!

      Allow me to add an appointment note from the patient's appointment list. When I pull up the patient's information to access their list of appointments, I want to be able to add a note here so if a patient cancels, I can add a note for why they are canceling.
