Right now, the POC is connected to another document (e.g. progress note, re-assessment, etc.). Make these separate documents and allow me to complete these separately. My interventions on the POC are different than what I write in the progress note.

Allow me to edit the header and/or footer on a document to include information specific to payer requirements. For example, we have some payers that want the patient's name, DOB, and diagnosis on every page.

Allow me a quicker way to mark a goal as mastered permanently. When I click the star, it opens a new dialog which takes too much time if I'm just marking them as mastered permanently and not based on criteria.

Allow me to change the spacing between lines of text on Documentation so that more information can fit onto a page.

When working on an evaluation-type document, the default setting for including goal graphs is set to "No". Allow me to change this so that it's always set to "Yes" because I want therapists to include the graphs in their documentation.

Allow multiple therapists across different disciplines to collaborate on one document at the same time so that we don't have to wait for one person to send it to us before we can add our information.

Allow me to add a note or comment when I'm archiving a goal. Sometimes I archive goals before it's time to write the progress note and having a note about why the goal was archived will allow for better communication between therapists.
