Separate the POC from eval-type documents

Right now, the POC is connected to another document (e.g. progress note, re-assessment, etc.). Make these separate documents and allow me to complete these separately. My interventions on the POC are different than what I write in the progress note.

    Please make it where we can do a progress note WITHOUT a Plan of Care attached to it.

    Have an option to create an POC with updated goals (NOT AUTOMATICALLY TO PROGRESS NOTE).
