Allow me to add a note or comment when I'm archiving a goal. Sometimes I archive goals before it's time to write the progress note and having a note about why the goal was archived will allow for better communication between therapists.
A comment box on the goals that are being archived. So that therapist can note if goal was mastered, or if it is being discharged for another reason, or if its being put on hold temporarily.
When archiving a goal, need option to tell why we decided to archive that goal at that time if the goal was just "on hold" or discontinued for a specific reason. Also, we need to be able to eliminate or add archived goals on the progress reports and reeval reports.
