When I open the patient's document, have a sticky note available so that I can quickly jot down session notes. It would allow me to write down information quickly so that I could copy and paste it later into the appropriate sections.

Allow me to add a note or comment when I'm archiving a goal. Sometimes I archive goals before it's time to write the progress note and having a note about why the goal was archived will allow for better communication between therapists.

Allow me to identify the relationship of a patient's contact. Sometimes we have grandparents, guardians, and caseworkers and we would like the staff to know the relationship/who they are in relation to the patient.

When viewing the appointment list in the patient's information, display the day of the week the appointment falls on and the location of the appointment.

Let me see a list of all the home activities that have been associated with a patient's daily notes.

If I accidentally click "Nope" to print the receipt at checkout, allow me the option to reprint it from the appointment.

Show the start date of each goal when viewing the patient's list of goals in Docs.

I want to see if a patient is on the waitlist from the patient's chart and be able to add them to the waitlist from there.

I want the option to only show a patient's invoiced balance on the patient portal, rather than their overall account balance.

I want to print or send a summarized version of an invoice so that only the balance is shown.
