Simplify Saving in Patient Information and Documentation

We’ve made a few changes in Fusion based on the feedback you sent us about saving sections in Patient Information and Documentation. You no longer have to click the save button for each section you're working on! Sections now automatically save when you click out of a section. You also have the option to click the Save or Cancel buttons. When you have a chance, switch over to the update to check it out! Thank you!

When saving goal data, can there be a save option at the end and beginning of the goal list ?

Add a save button to the bottom of the Goals/Objective data session, to avoid having to scroll back up.

On the SOAP note, could there be an option to save the goal data at the bottom of the list? My goal lists are usually quite long and it would be easier to click save once I get to the bottom instead of scrolling back up to save the list.

Could you move the "Save" button on the soap note sections to the bottom of the sections? It seems counter productive to scroll down while entering data, then have to scroll back up every time to save each section. OR just have one universal "save" button instead of having to save each section. Thanks.

Can there be a SAVE button added at the bottom right in addition to upper right in new Fusion soap format?

It would be nice if the save buttons were at the bottom of sections, especially in evaluations, because it is easier to forget to save when the save button is located at the top of the section since as you type the top of the section may disappear on your screen.

I think it would be great if there was a save button at the bottom of each area when documenting so you don't have to scroll to the top to save, you can just keep scrolling to the next section.

After entering the goal data in SOAPs, it would help if the "save" button was at the bottom of that section to avoid having to scroll all the way back to the top to save it. Thanks :)

Either move the save button on each section to the bottom of the section so I don't have to scroll back up to the top to save the section, or program it to automatically save as soon as a new section is clicked. Have a save all button at the bottom. Or just automatically save when the note is clicked out of. This is for soap notes and assessments. The excessive saving is very irritating

A keyboard shortcut for saving textboxes in SOAP and Evals. To cut down on having to switch between keyboard and mouse.

It would be helpful to have a save button at the end of each section, rather than at the beginning for the section, so that rather than having to go back to the top, I can save when I have completed the area I'm working on. Saving the section when I click out of it would also be helpful. It also feels like there is a lot more clicking than what is necessary.

It would be great if you could move the "save" button to the bottom of each section to help with the efficiency of workflow.

I appreciate when charting that you have to SAVE each section before moving on, but it interrupts work flow to have to navigate to the save button and press it because you're often having to scroll up and find it since it's at the beginning of section. I also appreciate that you have the option of just clicking into another text window to move on with the note, and a pop-up asks if you want to SAVE, but then you again have to navigate with the mouse towards the save button in that pop-up. If it was more intuitive like hitting tab to navigate to the save button and then hitting enter, or just hitting enter in the popup and it saving, that would greatly increase workflow balance. thanks!

It would be really helpful for us to have a save button at the bottom of our goals documentation section. I often have quite a few goals, and when you are working your way down in a note, it is time consuming to have to scroll all the way back to the top to save that section, and then all of the way back down to write your objective narrative. A save button down at the bottom would help to save a lot of time. Thanks for considering!

You should have an option to SAVE at the end of each section as well as the beginning of each section so that you don't have to scroll back up to the top of the longer sections.

Can you please move the "Save" button to the bottom of the boxes instead of the top. It's not natural to look up to save. Thanks!

Please delete the fact of having to click save for each section within daily note. It is WAY too many clicks and has added so much time to a treatment note. Can’t it just save automatically every 2 minutes without additional prompts and clicks needed?

Daily Notes: The boxes for therapy activities and objective data can get rather long when entering data. It would be convenient to have a SAVE button at the bottom of the box so I don't have to scroll back up to the top each time.

When documenting and completing a section, you are working down through each section. But to save, you have to scroll back up to the top. It would be more efficient if the save buttons was either on the top or bottom, or at least the bottom.
