Insert patient name into quick phrases

When inserting a quick phrase into documentation, have the patient's name populate when we have the {patient} in the quick phrase, like it does in goals. It saves time when documenting.

Add formulas to fusion to improve documentation efficiency. For example, I have quick phrase for scootering that says "*** completed 4 reps of prone on scooters" and then I go in and select the *** and change it to the child's name. I'm suggesting it to be "#NAME# completed 4 reps of prone on scooters" and when I use that quickphrase in Joe Smith's note, Fusion would auto-populate #NAME# with "Joe" so that the final readout would say "Joe completed 4 reps of prone on scooters". This would make it so that I do not have to revise each quickphrase with the appropriate child's name, as well as reduce errors.

Make {patient} autofill the patient's first name in SOAP notes and evaluations.

Is there a way to populate {patient} with the clients name when using quick phrases?
