Allow me to organize the files that I upload to the patient information screen. As the uploads multiply, it is hard to find the file we are looking for.
Is there a way to add folders into Files section of a patient account in order to archive older information that still needs to be saved? If not, this might be a nice feature!
We are a therapy company and would like the ability to create folders within the patient file section so my therapists can review patient files that are therapy appropriate in an easier manner e.g. a folder for all OT files, a folder for PT files, etc
Provide an option to create folders on the patients files section so that forms can be updated each year without becoming an excessive list of old and new documents.
File folders in the scanned Exp. when adding a scanned document there is a file folder just for OT then one for PT and so on... that why we can put what needs to be sectioned out and easier to find documents.
When you are in a patient contact information, and under the "File" tab- it would be so nice to be able to have folders to better organize and find files. We use the files so much, and our patients have multiple files in their account, but they are not organized easily.

So we are a Medicaid provider and we have to check benefits weekly and keep a copy of the page we check in their file. I would like to suggest the ability to build files under the files tab where you we could keep these weekly checks rather than having so many files we need to dig through to find something. It would allow those files to be more organized.
