View patient information while completing documentation

Allow me to view the patient's information while I am completing documentation in case I need to reference something.

Adding a button in the daily note, progress note, and evaluations that allow access to the patient's profile page. I have to constantly close out a documentation screen in order to open up their profile page in order to either check uploaded authorizations, units requested/approved, previous reports, or appointments scheduled.

Add button at bottom of daily documentation (similar to goals/preview button) that allows therapist to easily navigate to patient info/patient notes. So therapist is able to put future goal ideas/ ideas for next session/ things to give parents next session.

Including in the document (daily note, progress note, evaluation, ect.) a button at the bottom to access the pt's info such as contacts, authorizations, payer. There are several incidents where I have to close the document in order to look at the parent's name, when the last authorization was, etc. It would be more time efficient and easier to not lose a train of thought if you did not have to close the document, search for the pt, assess the pt's info, then open up the document again. I appreciate your consideration. Thanks.

It would be lovely if, when doing an initial eval or reassessment, that we could hover over the child's name in the "in progress" section and come up with the child's chart. Instead, I have to save my document, close it out, go back to the schedule, find them on my schedule, hover over the name and find what I'm looking for. It would really cut out a lot of time if I could just hover over their name in the in progress section and get the details I'm looking for.

Can you make a way to get from the clinical note or the assessment right to the patient's chart?
