We really need the ability to see who has possession of daily notes, evals and progress notes. When we run the incomplete docs report it shows that the doc is incomplete but when we address it with the clinician we often find that it is the clinical supervisor who is holding the process up. Having the ability to track who has possession of an incomplete document would eliminate this concern.
