Combine contributor & cosigner signatures on documents if it's the same therapist
If my supervisor also contributes on the document, I don't want their signature to appear twice on the final document. If the co-signer and contributor are the same, only include one signature.
Having duplicate signatures on a document looks so unprofessional and automated. Either something similar to a claim rule that eliminates one signature when detected OR another option of a "collaborating supervisor" who can fill in information AND sign off in 1 step.
