Display only active goals within eval-type documents
When completing an evaluation type document only display the active goals with the option to include archived goals to make it easier to tell which ones are archived and which ones are active.
Please only have goals on re-assessments that are up to date. All goals, including the archived goals, are showing up on re-assessment making the document very long.
We would like for archived goals to NO LONGER APPEAR on re-assessments. It gets very overwhelming. It is also inconsistent for when/if they pull forward.
