Display goal categories on evaluation-type documents
On evaluation-type documents, display the goal categories above the goals, similar to how it appears on a daily note. This will help caregivers and insurance differentiate the goals and locate specific goals.
It would make Re-Assessments, Progress Notes and Plan of Care documents much easier to read if the heading of the goals was included above the goal category. This is already happening when we print off a client's goals, is there any way this can happen for documents?
(ie. Bilateral Coordination [heading] followed by the LTG: Client will...)
