Carryover goal comments on eval-type documents to patient's goal graphs
If I add goal comments/notes when completing an evaluation-type document, have those notes entered on the patient's goals page so they appear in the data history.
I REALLY would like option for goal "notes" on an eval or re-eval or progress note to automatically be charted as data on goal chart. Even if it does not plot a measurement, just being able to see that remark made on evals/reevals/progress notes in the goals screen would be very beneficial. We have to type narrative baselines for all insurance companies to see - and the only way to do this for a printed out version is to add a note in goal section of the eval/re-eval. We then have to spend time copy and pasting this same status to the goal screen for it to be tracked easier for progress.
