Would it be possible to offer parents a way to check in for their child's appointments when they arrive, like you do for a Click list pick up? For example, a text alert that gives an option to text back "Confirm" or "Check in". This would help out the front office staff that has to answer all the phone calls of parents checking in since most lobbies are closed due to COVID.
With more clients waiting in their cars, it would be great if clients could self check in from from mobile device or appt reminder. We are unable to provide Kiosk at this time.
