We’ve uploaded our fillable intake form into fusion and we attach the pdf to the welcome email but man oh man have the struggles been real when it comes to using the flipping pdf we paid to have made. Sometimes the patient gets the email to create an account on the patient portal before the timeline has expired but typically they don’t. They have to reject the request and have it resent every time. Then, if they do fill in the intake, when they send it back, we can open it but it’s always blank. We recently learned a work around option from someone on the help line. This person said to click the returned filled in but blank looking intake form and proceed to open/view it. When we do this, we can magically see the info. Crazy, right?
