Create caseloads in Fusion

Allow us to create caseloads in Fusion so that a therapist has access to only the patient's information (e.g. docs, chart) if that patient is on their caseload.

On my "Patients & Goals" list, there are patients that I have discharged from PT, but have returned to the clinic, and are being seen by another therapist. It would be great if this list only showed my own patients!

Hello, I have asked before about being able to add the therapist's name to authorizations in Fusion and was asked why that would be necessary. Once again I am finding another reason why that is important. Each therapist and each employee who handles authorizations should be able to view authorizations for any given therapist especially when it comes to end dates. For example: We have four therapists and all of their authorizations are lumped together in the Reminders section for upcoming authorization expirations. It's too much information for them to have to weed through every therapist's to find their own. Also, as the office manager I should be able to view the upcoming authorizations that are about to expire for each therapist separately without having to print a new report each time as the report function is a pain in the rear ;) I know y'all are swamped right now but if I didn't share it when I am thinking about it then I will get busy and forget. Thank you and have a blessed day! :)

We have multiple therapists in our clinic. Some are OT's, some PT's, some SLP's. Can Fusion add a field under authorizations so that we can add the therapist's name whom the auth is under? It is important for us to be able to see which OT or PT or SLP the auth is under. This should also then enable us to run reports for that therapist's authorizations instead of just categorizing them under the specialty and then having to look in their charts to find out which therapist to whom the patient belongs. We hope to add more therapists to the clinic soon and I can see this becoming an even bigger issue than it already is for us. Thank you :)

Dear Fusion Staff, To help with keeping caseloads up to date, can a "Client Relationships" tab be made? This would allow a therapist to be added to a client relationship, a medication management provider, or any type of therapist added that is relevant to a client's care. When/if a client changes therapists, the old therapist can be removed from the tab, and the new one added. Without this, what happens is that my caseload (after a 1.5 years) has many clients that I no longer see (perhaps I only did the Eval., and they needed another therapist, etc.). I also get updates to do documentation for clients that I no longer see (which are NOT helpful reminders to get). Please consider building this feature/tab, as I know MANY other therapists and scheduling staff who would be grateful for this change! It will improve efficiency of services greatly! Thank you.

There needs to be a way to only give therapists access to their clients charts &/or the charts they supervise over instead of them having access to the whole office- This is for HIPPA purposes.
