Make certain sections of the daily note required or allow me to specify which sections are required so that I can ensure that my therapists remember to fill in these fields.

Allow me to create groups so that I can send my message to a specific group of people.

When working on a Progress Note or Re-Assessment, allow me to add and edit goals, and change the visibility on the goal on the same screen. Having to go back and forth between two different screens takes more time.

Let me finalize multiple claims at once.

When a patient checks-in, have a way for the notification to be sent to my cell phone. Sometimes I don't have a computer with me or open, but I always have my cell phone on hand.

When in a claim queue and submitting claims to a payer or finalizing a claim, don't take me back to the queue after I've submitted the claim. Instead, open up the next claim in the list.
