Make certain sections of the daily note required or allow me to specify which sections are required so that I can ensure that my therapists remember to fill in these fields.
The program will allow us to sign and save a note and submit it as "complete" even if there is no information in the "assessment" section. The assessment is a required part of our documentation and we feel as though it should not be possible to sign and submit the note with a field missing.
Can you make the "Plan" section of the note required? I sometimes go over that and on the old version, there were "required" fields that helped make sure you hit everything. I know the charges is required, please add the other sections. Thanks!
I loved in the old version of fusion that if you failed to include any portion of the SOAP you wouldn't be allowed to sign off on the note. At this point, one can sign off on a note and it doesn't have to include the assessment portion.
It was beneficial on the old version that it would not let you sign the note before filling out all required fields (I.e. Subjective or plan of treatment). I supervise a new therapist and these sections are easy to miss. It would be helpful to bring back the feature that prevented these mistakes. Thanks.
Clear delineations of items on daily notes that must be completed. Easy to miss parts, especially entering the time. Whether it be outlined to indicate that it should be completed or a different color for fields that need to be completed, but do not have any information in the field.
