When working on a Progress Note or Re-Assessment, allow me to add and edit goals, and change the visibility on the goal on the same screen. Having to go back and forth between two different screens takes more time.
Please allow goals to be archived, modified, and added on the progress note and eval screen. It is so hard to toggle back and forth between screens of the goal and document pages and a huge time waster.
