I want the "Other Assessments" evaluation section formatting changed from a table back to the originally separated components format (ex: text field for "Title" and text area for "Notes/Observations").

It is time-consuming to edit each goal individually to add automatic mastery or mark them as mastered permanently. We use the same mastery criteria for every goal and it would save time if we could select multiple goals and apply automatic mastery...

Allow me to reserve or book a room when creating an appointment. It will help us know what treatment rooms are available for therapists when creating new appointments.
