Allow me to reserve or book a room when creating an appointment. It will help us know what treatment rooms are available for therapists when creating new appointments.
For clinics who have multiple rooms and multiple providers who share rooms , we need a more efficient way of making sure we are not double booking and knowing what room each provider is in. There should also be alerts when a room is double booked.
When making an appointment, is there any possibility we could add a field showing which room the client is scheduled in? We have multiple treatment rooms and it would be so nice to have that field as an option :)
It would be great to be able to assign a room to each client! Right now I use a paper room schedule that no one looks at! It would be great to be able to assign, and be sure there is space when making the appointment.
