We are a facility that offers both speech and occupational therapy. Billing laws require Progress Notes & Re-Assessments at different frequencies. For OT they are required every 90 days. For ST they are required every 120 days. Is there anyway we can have Reminder Settings for EACH service so that our reminders are more accurate? 90 day progress note frequency for OT and 120 day progress note frequency for ST. This would be very very helpful. Thank you
Add different options for documentation reminders for each discipline. Speech therapy needs progress reports every 60 days, PT needs progress reported every 30 days, and OT needs progress reports every 6 months. Please add options to make different requirements for multiple modalities.
I request that the document reminder settings (admin > clinic options) allows us to differentiate the frequency for reminders between disciplines. In our state PT is required to report progress every 30 days, but OT/SLP don't have that requirement. Insurance requests progress every 90 days. So there is a need to have a difference frequency between disciplines.
