Allow me to create custom patient statuses besides just referral, active, and discharged. We have patients that we want to place on "hold" for the summer.

Allow me to assign goals in the goal bank to a category (e.g. Strength, Articulation, Fine Motor, etc.) and/or differentiate which ones are long-term goals and which ones are short-term goals.

Show field options, like dropdown selections or radio buttons, on custom intake forms when they are printed.

Allow me the option to set the default document sign date to the date of service. Right now it defaults to the date the document is being completed with the option to change the date, but I'd rather have it just default to the DOS.

It would be very helpful to be able to send out Intake Forms in bulk to Patient Portal users rather than having to go into each patient's file.

Allow me to do a quick discharge for patients that were referrals so that we can keep a record of them even though they never finished the intake process.
